RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If after receiving the product it did not fit you and you want to change the size or return it, please inform us by email email@example.com.
The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery in Lithuania or within 30 calendar days from the delivery in the EU and other countries. The product must be unused, with labels intact and in its original packaging, undamaged and without loss of appearance.
We have the right to not accept a replacement or return item if it is presented used, unlabeled or damaged, it has been altered (product color, length/width, etc.). or return/exchange period has expired.
Postage costs for exchanged or returned goods are paid by the customer. Only the amount paid for the item is refunded. Delivery costs are not compensated.
The items should be returned via Omniva parcel machine (Kaunas Šilas Vandžiogalos pl. parcel machine).
If the customer paid for the item with a gift voucher, the voucher and other additional amount paid (if it was paid) will be returned. The gift voucher is not exchangeable for money.
When returning a discounted product, the amount paid at the time of that discount will be refunded.
The safe return of the goods must be ensured by the customer (the seller is not responsible for parcels that were sent to an incorrect address or that were lost without reaching the address).
The refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the return. Refund amount for a defective item is the price of the purchased product without delivery charges. Delivery fee is non-refundable.
The colour, model or size of a product can be exchanged if the desired colour, size or model is currently in stock.
