1. General.

1.1. Online Store Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) is a binding legal document, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller, conditions of purchase and payment for products, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties and other provisions related to online store.

1.2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they agree with these Terms.

1.3. The customer and the Seller enter into the Agreement from the moment when the Customer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, indicating the delivery address, selecting the payment method and having read the Terms, clicks “Buy”.

2. Protection of personal data.

2.1. When ordering goods in the online store, the Customer must submit data necessary to fulfil the order: name, last name, address and email.

2.2. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of data submitted when completing the purchase.

2.3. By placing an order the Customer agrees that entered personal data is accurate. The Customer also agrees to receive information messages necessary to fulfil the order of goods via specified email.

2.4. Personal data of the customer can be processed for marketing purposes only if the customer verified their consent.

2.5. The Seller is obliged not to disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties, with an exception of a request by a state institution under certain cases defined by Lithuanian Republic laws or with a separate written consent of the Customer.

3. Customer rights and obligations.

3.1. The Customer is obliged to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered products and to accept them.

3.2. The Customer is obliged to provide complete and correct information in the payment form. If the Customer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, has the right to cancel the Customer’s registration and delete their data.

3.3. In the event of a change in Customer’s data provided in the payment form, the Customer must immediately inform the Seller.

3.4. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the return conditions.

3.5. By placing an order in online store, the Customer agrees with the Terms and Conditions and commits to conforming them alongside established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller’s rights and obligations.

4.1. The Seller obliges to provide conditions for the Customer to properly use the services supported by online store.

4.2. If the Customer attempts to damage the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict, suspend or revoke the Customer access to the online store.

4.3. The Seller obliges to respect the right to privacy of Customer’s information stated in the payment form and not to disclose it to third parties.

4.4. The Seller obliges to deliver the goods ordered by the Customer to the specified address.

4.5. The Seller may, in significant circumstances, temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without notifying the Customer in advance.

4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the Online Store Terms and Conditions.

4.7. If the Customer continues using the services provided by after the changes in these Terms, it is considered that the Customer has agreed to the changes.

5. Orders, prices, payment procedures and periods.

5.1. Purchases in the online store are possible 24/7.

5.2. Orders are only accepted through online store.

5.3. All product prices in the online store are in euros, including VAT.

5.4. The Customer obliges to pay for the order within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The preparation for parcel shipment starts only after receiving the payment for the goods.

5.5. If the Customer fails to make the payment within 3 (three) calendar days, the order will be cancelled.

6. Delivery of goods.

6.1. The Customer is obliged to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.2. The Customer is responsible to accept the goods themselves. In the event of the Customer not being able to accept the goods themselves upon delivery to a specified address, the Customer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6.3. The goods are sent to the Customer within 3 business days from the production of the product and confirmation of payment.

6.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Customer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Customer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

6.5. The Customer must immediately inform the Seller if the product is received in a damaged package, if package contains products that have not been ordered, product quantity is incorrect or the order is incomplete.

6.6. The Customer must provide the Seller with photos of damaged parcel and/or products by email.

7. Quality of goods, warranties.

7.1. All details of the goods sold in online store are indicated in the description of each product.

7.2. The quantity of products displayed in the online store photos is not always related to their price – more products than a price for a one piece could be displayed. The units of measurement are specified in the product description. The colour of the goods may vary slightly depending on the screen used by the Customer.

7.3. The Seller may provide a specific quality warranty for individual types of products, the definitive periods and other conditions of which are specified in the product description.

8. Marketing and information.

8.1. The Seller can organize various promotions and offers in the online store.

8.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the promotions or cancel them. Any change or cancellation of promotion terms and conditions shall take effect from the moment of their change or cancellation.

8.3. The Seller sends notifications to the Customer via email address specified in the Customer’s payment form.

8.4. All Customer notifications and questions must be sent via Seller’s contacts listed in the “Contacts” section of the online store.

8.5. The Seller is not liable if the Customer does not receive the sent information or confirmation messages due to internet connection problems, email service provider network failures, messages being automatically filed the SPAM folder, or due to incorrect data provided by the Customer.

8.6. The Customer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these Terms.

9. Final provisions.

9.1. The Online Store Terms and Conditions have been formulated in accordance with the official laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these Terms. All disputes arising out of the application of these Terms shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
